Lotus Broadband is the worst service I have seen in my entire life...this happened when I got a new connection of lotus Broadband, they took money from me for 3 months plan....approx 2500 and said that they will start the service in 15 mins...but nothing happened. No service....I tried to call the person who came for the connection.... But he was not responding and even the area head....10 days have passed and still no connection.... That's y I am writing this Post, so as to help you guys not to have this connection ever....still I am waiting for these guys to pick my phone and answer...what is happening.
